10 + NYPD cars pass by the accident - Hit & Run driver manages to run away
With more then 10 NYPD cars at the accident scene....car driver of the NJ Plate = ZWC91G = manages to run away from the accident scene....lock his car and vanishes into the nyc subway located at East 48th Street & 6th Avenue.
